| On 8/12/10 the FD was dispatched to a reported fire in a home on Landzettel Way. Upon arrival they found a fire that was contained to a small area of the attic above the kitchen and bathroom |

| Dispatched as a working fire coming from the front door of the structure turned out to be a fire on the roof at the Gotham City Diner quickly brought under control by the fire department. There was limited water damage and no smoke damage. |

| Fire in an outside stairwell to the basement, quickly extinguished by the fire dept with only minor smoke damage to the home. It was attributed to spontaneous combustion of clothing that was soiled with fuel oil and gasoline. |
